RockSolid will rebuild indexes in parallel across multiple databases.  The maintenance planner will try and limit concurrent index job overlap during a maintenance window if time allows the jobs to complete sequentially.  If time does not allow jobs to complete sequentially then they will run concurrently.

Within a given database RockSolid will carry out index maintenance sequentially.
